Worth the drive of I69. Stopped for lunch on our way through Michigan. Classic good food. Excellent portions. Clean, friendly and efficient. The decor is very plain, but still nice and simple.
Stopped in at 1:30 on Friday for lunch/dinner. Had been there earlier in the week for breakfast, and talked to the cook who told us he makes an encrusted walleye dinner on Fridays. We were a bit early but he made us the most delicious walleye we ever had! Totally recommend!! Service was great, too!

Great , fast service. The girls were great. Lots of food. Breakfast was fantastic. The best part is the pop cups are large so I didn't have to wait around for refills. We will definitely be back ( thanks 4/6 9am crew )
We stop to eat here when working in the area. They provide a great small town atmosphere combined with great service and tasty food. If you're a pizza lover, be sure to give Louie's pizza a try. You won't be disappointed.
Great small town family restaurant, great food a must stop on any road trip from Canada literally 35min after the boarder perfect first stop. 2 family's of 4 with 3 kids pancakes, and scrambled eggs, 2 Louis specials and 2 mini breakfast with drinks 83 for great quality food from the bacon,ham and bangers to the eggs and grits everything was just right. 2nd time here with my family as was 1st found and loved but then lost and now lost no more it's saved in my map history now.
It's was great. We ate breakfast. The gravy was really good. We enjoyed the food. The eggs were good expect they were undercooked for the requested over medium. The coffee was good. We were full also. The Texas French Toast looked really fancy. I would recommend if your in the area during the hours they are open. It was worth the price.
